What they say about us

  • I worked with IMMA for the first time on the PENINSULA PARIS Operation, I was looking for a way to secure my schedule for completing the kitchen and the BOH premises on a surface exceeding 6,000 m². This work allowed us, using the LPS, to create a connection between the TCE actors from this zone, allowing them all to work together. The deadlines for achieving this part of the structure were met. This was not the case in other zones where Lean Construction was not used.

I used the Lean construction approach again at the beginning of the SAMARITAINE Operation through a week-long seminar with the employees of Vinci Construction France and representatives of the sub-contractors.

After a training course on lean construction, this lead us to create the detailed schedule of the operation in conjunction with the partners.

The advantages: Collectively identifying the potential pitfalls of the schedule, finding solutions together, getting the participants to commit to the result, knowing our own capabilities and therefore saving time at the beginning of the operation and the need to have a better understanding of the other stakeholders’ specificities.

The seminar was prepared and supervised by IMMA’s teams.
